What we look for
- Reporters and editors with real fluency in at least one of our desks — Business, Politics, Technology, Culture, Sports, Diaspora, or Opinion
- A bias toward specific, sourced, numbers-forward writing over broad takes
- Comfort working across English and French, given our bilingual readership
- People who've lived the diaspora-to-continent connection, not just covered it from a distance
